In my opinion, here is the description of the cast of characters that witnessed first hand the distruction of a good family. I will expand upon them as time goes forward. By the end of this blog, all individuals will be named. Most of all the facts I lay down will be from the court record. Here is one of the statements made by the defense attorney out of ear shoot of the jury Windbag: we don't disagree that the house was full of mold, and as a result ruined this families life, we just can't say when the mold started to grow during the families 3 year stay, therefore you must dismiss this case. The judge Dismissed the case! We could have appealed our ruling the the Supreme Court but we couldn't afford the $3000 to file. This blog will become my justice.

- Plaintoffs expert that was run over by a car 1 week before testifing
- A family that lost all their belongings, the kids lost their toys and the dog lost her hair
- 12 Jurors that were also ripped off
